The reservation process was very easy. Pickup after parking and at the airport were very fast and efficient. Drivers were very nice and helpful.
The customer service from the two older gentlemen driving the shuttles to the airport for my departure and from the airport for my arrival. They were both very nice and pleasant.

When I was leaving, the scanner wasn’t working and I had to honk to get the attendant’s attention. She was very rude and disrespectful! She told me I should have pushed the Help icon on the screen. I told her that I did push it three times. She basically called me a liar because she said No you didn’t, I was in there monitoring you. I told her it wouldn’t let me check out and she insinuated that it was somehow “my” fault. Then I had to back out and go through a different lane to check out. She needs to face some kind of consequence for being so rude and disrespectful to a customer.

Parking at The Parking Spot Sepulveda was outstanding! Recommended to me by a work colleague, this place was better than expected. Easy access with a simple reservation system and QR code for entry/exit. Plenty of covered parking available. The garage is clean with a clean restroom. The bus for transportation was readily available, clean, and efficient. The driver announced each stop. Return was just as simple and efficient. Just know to check the sign to be sure you are going to the correct location. When you leave the garage they provide a fresh, cool, complimentary bottled water. This will definitely be my business travel parking stop. See you next week! Service that you can depend on!!!
