Friendly, fast
I like the convenience, however please have your driver's use deodorant. Our driver that took us from the airport to our truck had the entire transport smelling like body odor.

This was my 1st time using Parking Spot here in Cleveland. We just moved here from the St Louis Area and were a very loyal user of the "East Location" there, due to my wife and I being SWA loyalists. So, this initial visit I was Very Pleased! The drivers were both very nice and explanatory, also helped without hesitation in carrying my bags. They offered ideas to how it all works in CLE vs STL. The girls at the Check-Out were also very kind and welcoming. We'll be back, for sure!

It is very easy to reserve a spot. I like the convivence of being picked up at my car and then dropped right back at my car. after my trip. Many Times the driver places my bags in my car.
