There was one problem when I exited and asked for a receipt the machine shot out the receipt and it flew on the ground. Hard to retrieve - grabbed one on the ground that I could reach after opening my door the small amount possible. Got home and discovered it was not my receipt but another one that had flown out on the ground too.
An adjustment needs to be made to that machine.

LOVE the service, the price point, etc. A few weeks ago, we were coming back late at night and there was a long line for people to get on the bus to go to the parking lot. It was a very easy process- you had vans ready to go to get us to our cars. It was very impressive !

I choose The Parking Spot over other park and fly businesses for several reasons. The main reason is because of the covered parking garage. I have used other park and fly businesses in the past and I didn't enjoy getting wet loading or unloading my luggage when it rained. I especially love having everything paid for ahead of time by visiting their website and setting up my scheduled days I will be there. The Parking Spot has made entering and exiting the garage easier by scanning a simple code that they sent us before we even arrive. They also sent several reminder emails about our return trip from the airport. Once we scanned our code the bus was right there to pick us up even before we parked our car. Of all the times we have used The Parking Spot they have never made us late arriving at the airport.

We use the covered parking option with the express pickup at The Parking Spot and express drop off when returning back to The Parking Spot. We have a AAA discount that reduces the overall price, It's worth the extra dollars spent. We've used our points from time-to-time to reduces the costs.
