I like the fact they pick you up and drop you back off right at your car and load your bags for u and they are very nice and respectful

I like the shuttle and the convenience however catering to one person on the bus who's in covered parking by driving by several people in uncovered parking just seemed not necessary. Not everyone can afford to pay for extended services.While I understand the business concept here of prioritizing them I didn't understand deliberately deprioritizing other customers on the bus when you were going past their car and could have just taken a few moments to drop several people

I love that I am picked up and dropped off from my vehicle. Less worry about parking and getting to the terminal. I also love the convenience of changing the date/time (if needed due to flight delays, etc)

Quick shuttle service to an from airport.

Super easy to book. Prices are great. Guys that drive the shuttle are always right there when you park, super friendly, even remind you to doublecheck that you have your keys, phone, etc. Makes traveling so relaxing.

The only feedback I would offer is getting on the shuttle at the airport after you return is always stressful. People crowd the area and don't form a line so it's a free-for-all when the shuttle turns up. I realize it would be difficult to do this (and may be a Bradley suggestion) but having ropes and stanchions so people can line up would eliminate a lot of the insanity.

Great fast and friendly service. We use locations in Pittsburgh and Atlanta, and I recommend the Parking Sport to everyone!

As an individual traveler I felt very safe. The buses were timely and the drivers were kind and considerate.

I did the valet service for the first time, which was awesome. The staff unloaded my bags and got them on to the bus. The bus was on-time and we quickly made it to the airport terminal in no time. On our return, my only suggestion is to let people know what door at each terminal the bus is located when going back to get your car.

When we got back to the car lot, by car was already pulled up and ready to load and go. I would also suggest telling people to have the barcode ready at the gate when leaving. We got stuck in traffic, because the car in front of us could not located their bar code on the phone

I've been using The Parking Spot for years. They are great. On my most recent visit, I was running late and couldn't find my QR code. I thought I would be charged extra, but the woman took the time to look up my reservation and let me in. I was able to find my code while on my trip.

The app to check in and check out is easy. Buses run frequently in terms of pick up and drop off. My only compliant is that the buses need to be updated. One bus upon my trip back from LA didn't have A/C and the bus ride can be "bumpy".

I always have a great experience at Parking Spot 2. They pick you up at your car as soon as you park, and help you with your bags. Never had a bad a experience. I will continue to use them whenever I fly.
