I honestly love parking my vehicle here when I travel. In January I had a major issue and was disappointed but during my recent stay in May, I had to give it a 10 out 10. The staff was helpful back in January but the confusion started to the North lot being closed and moving everyone to the West lot with giving proper communication to the West lot staff. Everything was resolved and I will give grace and continue to use the Parking Spot for my vehicle when travel. Give the entire staff a five star rating. They are doing great.

I absolutely loved the ease of everything. The fact that someone was right there waiting for people to come into the lot and coming straight to your car. And they drop you right back off at your car. This is an incredible service for travelers.
