FIrst off the greeter at the gate is always so positive and helpful. Once I got to my spot, we picked up one additional family and headed to the gates. Sometimes the pick up at IAH can be stressful. I waited for 20 minutes at Terminal C in order to be picked up. There were about 35-40 of us waiting. The Will Clayton bus came by 5-6 times (EMPTY) before a JFK bus was dispatched. Not sure what happened, but hopefully this can get fixed

Ease and great customer service

We've been very happy with the parking spot West at DIA. Each time we come to park there is a shuttle driver immediately there and we are able to park in a covered spot. We also receive a military discount for my husband who is a veteran. Sometimes though, we have a 15 minute or more wait for the shuttle once we arrive from our flight back to DIA - And once or twice the shuttle was full when it did arrive so we had to wait for the next shuttle. Otherwise we are happy with the parking spot West. Thank you!

Everything went well using "The Parking Spot". We were picked up at our vehicle before departure; we dropped of at our vehicle on arrival. Getting confused wheather we were at Will Clayton #1 or #2 could have been an issue.

I loved that you provide shuttles to the airport terminals and dropped me off at the door of the terminal of the airline I was flying from and the same upon my return. I didn't have to deal with LAX traffic.

Usually wait time for shuttle bus is low. Drivers are nice and helpful. Love getting a water bottle for drive home. And love earning points for free parking on a future trip.

I like how close it is to the airport. Your drivers are always nice and willing to help. Even the person at front gate is happy to see me. Especially being a regular it's nice to be noticed. They always pick up my bags, but don't get upset if I want to grab it myself. Nice blend of help and independence. Thanks!

Convenient, quick and shuttles ran on a good schedule

Pickup shuttle arrives quickly. I like check-in & check-out via a QR code, as well as the rewards program. Shuttle drivers are always very friendly & helpful.

BWI North is very convenient.

Everyone there was wonderful, the went above and beyond what they needed to. The driver helped clean off our vehicle and carried our luggage. The person at the booth to leave offered us bottled water. Just an amazing place to keep our vehicle when we go on vacation
