I have used Parking Spot for many years. For the first time, I arrived back at my car and the battery was dead. It's a new battery, too. I made a call to the dispatcher and asked her if I could allow AAA to come in. "Well, sir. Which parking space are you in. I told her. "I'll have someone come right away. The car was jumped off and, although he insisted no tip was necessary, I forced him to take it. I'd given the tip to AAA so why not? Thanks for the good service to and from Delta Air LInes and for your good service at the lot!

Several things: The prices are reasonable. The service is timely, both leaving and returning. The facilities are clean and well-stocked.

I like that I'm able to park in a covered lot at a reasonable rate. The spaces and lanes are spacious, so you feel that your vehicle is safe. I like that the shuttle seems to be at my car while I'm still taking out my luggage and I like the bottles of cold water at the exit.
