It is a smooth operation. Book and pay in advance online. Show up at your prescheduled time, get in the van and go. Pick up everything in reverse, jump in the van, dropped at your vehicle scan your way out. Can't get any easier.

Easy to sign up for online. Ability to prepay for services. Directions were concise. Didn't have to worry about my car while I was away.

Disliked:
(1) The driver driving to the airport drove like a maniac - I'm pretty sure neither I or the other passenger were in a rush to get to the airport - slow drive, especially on turns!

(2) I had trouble exiting - the sun was blocking my view of the screen so I had to get out of my car to try and figure out what to do. Then I couldn't figure out why I owed more money when I had already prepaid. You might want to clarify that when a person signs up for the service.

It's easy to park, easy to get the shuttle to the airport, easy to get my ride back after flying. Very cool. Pleasant personnel, too, every time.
