I never have any issues with the Parking Spot. It’s easy to make reservations and pick up at the lot is fast. The wait at the pickup area at the airport is short.
Parking is normally easy to find a spot. Recently the Lot has been at near capacity making parking harder to find. The Shuttles are quick for pickup at the lot as well as the airport and the Employees of this location are outstanding!

The door to door shuttle service and covered parking is great. I also really appreciate how helpful the shuttle drivers are in helping to "lug" our bags into the shuttle and then back to the car. I really appreciate the very short wait to get a shuttle, when leaving the terminal.

The parking services have significantly improved in the LAX area likely because of the way your business decided to be different in providing safe, clean and free parking space management. There was sufficient free space and I commend your team for continuing to "manage" the space well. I wish you would do more to penalize the cars that are abusive in using the space. You also provide sufficient space between cars. Not greed. It's all about providing good parking space experience. Thank you!
