The convenience and the friendly staff!
The location is convenient along with the entrance and exit points. I feel that my vehicle is safe and secure. A huge benefit is the Safe reliable transport to and from the Airport!!!
I like the location, the covered parking and the frequent shuttles. Very convenient!
Very close to the airport and the drivers are very nice and professional
Very easy to get to and quick drop off and pickup at the airport.
Easy and close to the airport
Great service.
Great driver, easy parking and reasonable rates
Great location, good prices, quick shuttle, and the app is easy to use.
Awesome service.
Quick in and out and the bottle of water to get me home.
Great service, courteous drivers and exactly as I need.
Convenient, easy, never had a problem. I would however suggest/like to see some more order at the airport pick up to avoid people cutting the line when limited shuttles are running. Perhaps a QR code on the sign for the shuttle that people scan in order to get a number in line.
Courteous, respectful and prompt.
Everyone was friendly and it was super easy
After multiple delays on our flight, it was so nice to get our luggage, and find the van waiting for us with a friendly driver. He helped put our luggage in the van and drove us straight to our car. He even offered to put our luggage in the car for us.
We have used the Parking Spot a few times and have always had a pleasant experience.
Very easy to park and get out.
Easy, clean process. But need to span your airport pickups more timely. Last Sunday we waited over 30 minutes for a shuttle.
Convenient
Reasonable prices
Easy to book
Timely shuttles
I love that within minutes, the shuttle is at our car. Also, the driver gets out and gets our bags out of the back of our car, and vice versa on our return. Great Service!!
Quick reservations and quick service at the parking spot. Drivers are very courteous and helpful.
Covered parking. Friendly and helpful drivers.
