Always easy, timely, and drivers are courteous and friendly.
There is always someone at the gate to direct you to the row pertaining to the Terminal a certain bus is going to. I love that! If I am running late I don't have to worry about stopping at every Terminal before mine.
I feel my car is safe and protected. That is why I don't mind paying a little more for covered parking.
It was my first time using the parking spot and everyone from the drivers to the guys at the checkout gate were kind and helpful.
Quick pick up from parking place
The convenience is wonderful! Just a few steps from where you park to the shuttle bus, and if you call them when you get to the airport your car is waiting for you when you get back.
You do have to walk a short distance to the shuttle pickup point from the airport but it's about the same as parking in the garage and significantly shorter than parking in the A lot.
Entry is simple as his exit. Our driver on the way home back from our trip in November was fabulous. The driver to DIA was subpar. He did not write down the type of car we had in any recognizable language
