We love the parking spot! Very efficient! One time our car was dead....I asked the lady if she would let our towinervce in and she told me not to worry....she had a gentleman come out and jump us. I was so grateful. Also, I love the bottle of water when leaving!

Upon landing i went to the app to let them know and a Parking Spot vehicle was waiting outside of Door 4 after I retrieved my bags. My car was waiting for me and all was easy and seamless!

The attendants are always very nice and quick to pickup and get luggage on the shuttle. I only wish you had a QR code on the wall to tip the drivers because they deserve it.

Fast at taking and picking you up at airport! But if prices keep going up though I will start having my wife drop me off.
It's nice to be able to self-park and have the vehicle under cover, especially in the winter. But you have to allow extra time in case the shuttle is slow both going to and from the airport.
