They drive you right up to your car
They are friendly and prompt. Out of all the times I have used them I think was once where we waited maybe 20 min for the ride back from the airport but every other time it is less than 5 min. The pick up to the airport has always been with in minutes of pulling into the lot!
The driver was very courteous and even had Tootsie Pops for the kids.
It seems we've had good luck, usually, at parking and the shuttles picking us up at the airport. We have use other places where you seem to wait longer. They seem to organized other than one time when we had to drive around in the morning wondering where a shuttle was but they did finally show up.
The convenience of being picked up at my car and dropped off at my car with Lil. Wait time.

We appreciated being picked up from where we parked our vehicle quickly by the shuttle, and taken to the airport soon after we arrived. Upon our return, which was around midnight, we simply called the number on the card (make sure you keep this for an easy return to your vehicle and other important info) and the shuttle was there within 5 minutes. A great experience and we will use them again when we fly out of Atlanta.
