Cost of new covered parking is reasonable, new covered parking space is really nice. Spaces are labeled and appropriately wide. Shuttle pickup has been generally very prompt.
Turning left onto Pena is the worst part of this shuttle service and that’s not in your control.

Stephanie is a Welcoming,Professional individual and the Face of TOS-CLT. She is Always recognizes my vehicle, and greets me with a warm smile. As a Platinum member she ensures a shuttle picks me up asap. As you know, when she is not working, I’ve recently experienced some shuttle issues.

It has just my travel experience so much easier. I don't have to ask anyone to pick me up or drop me off. It's not hard work to reserve a spot. The shuttle bus is there to take you to the terminals. The drivers that I have had are amazing.

You’re close to the airport. Your bus was waiting for us when we got off the plane to the pickup area. The first bus was too full, but the second had room and there was a third following behind. Making reservations was easy online, and I was able to use a coupon. Self parking was a breeze and we were picked up and dropped off. Drivers were professional and friendly. James drove us to the airport, and unfortunately I don’t remember the 2nd driver’s name.
We had repeatedly been using a parking lot closer to (in the direction of) our home, but have to phone them for a ride, and then wait for them to come, all while watching your parking spot buses drive by. My husband has asked, “Why aren’t we parking there?”
Thanks for offering discounts. We’re seniors and every bit of savings counts.
