I recently posted a comment about my most recent stay at The Parking Spot. My previous stay was not the usual great service we always get. Erica called me and wanted to hear my side of the story. I was greatly impressed at this attempt to rectify any problems that might be ongoing. She said she would look into my concerns and see if they can be corrected. The fact that she took time to hear my story is very impressive and I hope she can resolve any issues that arise.

Never a long wait, 0 to 10 minutes at most for a shuttle to the airport. The drivers are very helpful with luggage and always pleasant. I choose to fly out of Midway even though O'Hare is 45 minutes closer to me.

too bad - your PROBABLY losing a lot of cust because of HORRIBLE booking/site. I would NOT have booked - unfortunately it was an emergency- had no choice

Access to airport is convenient. Vans are pretty regular so wait time is not very long. Like the way to provide payment upon entry - good to have a person there in case of issue/questions. Had some trouble using machine at night upon leaving.
