Choose your own spot, they pick you up at your vehicle and drop you back off at your vehicle.

Simplicity of it. Easy online reservations. Entry and exit scan code sent to your phone. Shuttle spots you when you park your car and picks you up. Same is true upon your return. Get picked up at the designated waiting area. Head to the parking spot. Shuttle drops you off at your car. Then scan the exit code on your phone to exit and off you go.

I like the fact that you pick me up at my car quickly after I park, the large number of shuttles that run so you’re not packed in them and don’t have to wait long, and the friendly service at check-out! The customer service! The fact that the bus comes to my car and I don't have to walk to some shelter that's a few blocks away, and you all actually offer incentives or rewards for the 'stays.' Also, being dropped off at the terminal at a convenient spot to go in. One more thing--having a bus coming through at regular intervals to pick folks up. It's just good all the way around, to be honest with you.
