Very convenient to park, you do not have to wait long for a driver to pick you once parked. I never waited more than 5 minutes. When you are logged into the app it knows when you arrive back to the airport and they usually arrive to pick you up within 15 minutes. There shuttles are easy to spot. One of the most convenient airport shuttles I’ve taken. I always use them now when I travel. The app is also very user-friendly and the drivers are always polite.
The driver was very friendly & I was impressed that we actually took women passenger’s bags right to their car! We had him to the airport then on our return - he is a great asset to The Parking Spot team!

I have to mention though, if it was not for the discount, I may have gone elsewhere due to the cost.
