It's convenient, easy to schedule online, and staff is both courteous and prompt when taking me to the airport, as well as picking me up. Offering a complimentary bottle of water upon leaving is a great perk, as well. In addition, they make it easy to scan the reservation barcode when both entering and leaving the Parking Spot.

The shuttle arrived quickly at both the parking lot and the airport. So much easier than parking in the airport lot and walking a long distance to get to the terminal. Will definitely use The Parking Spot again.
