Covered parking
I like being picked up and dropped off and my car and getting help with my luggage.
Usually very quick pick ups from both the lot and the terminal
I like how how the van driver knows my “spot” to come pick me up after I park & always helps with my suitcase when I get on & off the bus. I like the PS app where I let the driver know I am on my way from my arrival gate in AUS & heading to him/ her.
