Pre booking and buses every 5 minutes

Brian is a super driver - very competent, customer service focused, kind. The drop off and pick up service was quick and efficient. I have been a Park N Fly customer for many years, glad to see the highly level of service and delivery has continued.Highly recommend.

Drives are really kind!

Reserving a spot for my trip was easy. The Parking Spot is located conveniently close to my house and the airport, which is extremely helpful. The lot was secured and my vehicle was in the exact condition it was when I left. Everything was very easy from start to finish and I would definitely use this service again!

I like that I can drive in by myself at 4 a.m. and feel safe getting from my car to the terminal. The secure parking area also assures my car will be safe and available when I return. The fees are reasonable, the staff and drivers are helpful and nice, and it makes travel much easier for me.

Ease of access

Service was fantastic!

Very convenient and prompt service from drop off to pick up.

Simple and easy

The price was good. Easy in & out. The transport vehicle could be a little bit bigger. Had to wait for a second vehicle upon arrival at BWI. Both drivers were extremely helpful.

Close to the airport, quick pick-up from the shuttle drivers and friendly service.

Responsive to concerns and always seeking to improve the rider's experience.

Easy

prompt service, covered parking. Wish the drivers were more consistent about helping load and unload bags...

Easy to use and the shuttles are always there when you need them. I've only had to wait once in the last few months. Thats a pretty good average.

i appreciate the readiness of the van drivers to pick you up immediately after you arrive. The drivers are coureous and helpful--even taking my bag out of the car for me.

Great service.

Quick pickup from lot and airport.

Very convenient. Staff was very friendly. Reasonably priced.

Price and shuttle tracking through the app.

Convenience of the shuttle picking you up at your parking spot. Taking you to the airport and then bringing you back to your parking spot when you come home.

Courteous and prompt pick

great customer service

Large spacious covered parking and fast shuttle pickup service

Convenience and ease of access to facilities. Love the shuttle service to and from DIA. The wait times for pickup for both services has been very accommodating. The discounts offered (earned points and coupon specials) are good incentives. We will continue to use The Parking Spot for future parking needs!

Affordable and convenient!

Convenient location, close to airport. The shuttle is very prompt in loading from the lot and the airport.

The lot is clean, well lit, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I like the bottled water upon leaving and that the someone is always at the gate to help with any technical issues.

I was so impressed with the ease of parking here, and how quickly the entire process was. It was a matter of MINUTES from the time I scanned into the parking lot, found a spot, grabbed my luggage, took the elevator down 1 floor to the shuttle and the shuttle was moving towards the parking garage exit. Same applied to my return trip. I got outside at the airport, and the shuttle was there in minutes and we were on our way back to the parking garage. The shuttle driver was also very friendly and helpful.
