I had a great experience with The Parking Spot. The location was easy to find, the check-in and parking process was smooth, and the shuttle service was prompt and convenient. I also felt comfortable leaving my vehicle there, which is so important when traveling. The staff members I interacted with were friendly, helpful, and professional. Overall, it made getting to and from the airport much easier, and I would definitely use The Parking Spot again.

Quick, easy, and the bus drivers are friendly. The booth attendant really wanted you to use the automated booth instead of trying to help.

The drivers and workers at checkout are always very pleasant and helpful. I love parking at the Parking Spot. I don’t have to deal with Uber, MARTA, or the expensive airport parking. My husband and I always reserve a spot ahead of time. It takes the hassle out of it. Thank you!

Convenience of being picked up and dropped off at my vehicle and not having to fight overcrowded airport parking lot buses.

Ease of scheduling. Ability to locate parking spaces. However, on my most recent trip, the driver took a long time waiting on passengers to unload their vehicle and board the shuttle. Then he went around the lot twice. This could have delayed those who arrived promptly and boarded expeditiously.

Clean and appears to be well-maintained. Glad to have a nice covered spot. Also, the bottle of water on the way out way a thoughtful touch as I was in fact thirsty and glad to see it benefits a charity.

Prompt service from beginning to end as always. Very polite drivers and no issues. Picked us up immediately at our car upon arrival and lucky enough to see the van immediately upon stepping outside at the airport. Could not have been a smoother journey. Thankyou!!
