Quick pickup, friendly driver, excellent service
Service is good. Prices a little high.
Fast pickup in covered, short wait at the terminal when returning
The convenience & great customer service skills
good timing most of the time on pickups and from airport, but sometimes buses get filled up fast before the later terminals. the water bottles are a nice touch on the way out but should also be offered on the way in.
The convience
Drivers like Brian make a positive difference to a day of travel!
You made it so easy. Picked us up at our truck and dropped us off at Delta.
Then when we returned picked us up and assigned spot and took us back to our truck.
Both drivers were so nice and took care of our luggage. I would recommend this service to anyone flying . We hadn’t flown in years and I was a little nervous about the whole process. It was a breeze. 10/10!!
The drivers are always very friendly and helpful. The convenience of being picked up at my car and dropped off at the terminal takes some of the stress off of flying.
Easy in, easy out and cold water on the way out along with regular promotions.
Yall did good
The app is easy to use. The shuttles come frequently at the parking spot and at the airport. The shuttle drivers are cordial and helpful.
A few thoughts:
When I tell the driver we are leaving from D20, I expect him/her to drop me off at the closest security gate to D20. We were dropped at D20, but the closest security gate was about 100 yards from that location. As my wife and I are in our 70s (but still travel frequently) we would just as soon not have to walk more than we need to. I expect the drivers to know where the security entrances are - in our case, where the TSA Pre-Check entrances are. Please make sure they know.
Very convenient, I have never waited long. With the savings and convenience I will continue to use this service during my frequent travel.
The drivers were polite and speedy! They took me right to my car after getting in from an exhausting flight and since it was night the driver stayed until I was inside my car.
Convenient and easy - all employees are very nice and professional
Convenient, safe, affordable
Friendly staff and fairly consistent pickups and drop offs.

Convenient and affordable
It’s convenient
Shuttle service
The employees are very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Being able to park safely and away from Hartsfield reduces the stress of navigating the airport roads, as well as part of I-85 and I-75/85.
People friendly. Easy in and out. Love the new coveted areas!
Very timely transportation to and from airport terminals. Friendly and helpful staff. Better value than parking at the terminals
Great experience with pick up and drop off. Fast, friendly and simplified travel. Pleased!
Easy in and out, shuttle was there almost as we pulled in to park.
Return was as easy and fast. Earning points is great I saved on my 9 days.
Convenient location, friendly and helpful employees, clean facility. I have recommended several people to consider using The Parking Spot when they travel.
The car to airport, and airport to car bus service. Its wonderful and we tip well to show our appreciation.
It was easy to find and the drivers and the guy at the gate were polite and very helpful!!!
