Very good. Parking was easy to access. The drivers super friendly and helpful. Quickly picked us up and got to door. When i arrived back the app let me know where to get return bus. The drivers talked with each other to let me know driver time. Excellent teamwork. Driver nice man from Ethiopia, helped the other passengers to their cars, even got so close to car he put them straight into trunk. Instead of on park.
He looked around for us as we lost the ticket but had it in map. We will use them every time now. Wish the AIRPORT was as efficient.

The convenience & respectable staff. Before & after dealing with Miami international airport, it was such a pleasure dealing with the staff at parking spot. You are shuttled back & forth to your terminal & the car is ready when you get back. It's reassuring knowing that park of your travel is taken care of. I have also reserved a spot for our travels in January. Peace of mind.
