The ease with which one can park and be transported to the airport by the bus
Reservations with no fee; promo codes; usually reliable.
However, Wednesday morning reservation was difficult to find a parking spot and no customers were getting picked up! Finally, all customers from all zones had to walk to a spot where all were gathering just to get ride to airport!
It's convenient and efficient
Easy to get to and park. Entrance to the lot very convenient with the phone app and the QR code. Same for when we exited the lot. Will be using this lot again in the future.

Excellent service and good customer experience
The process of securing a space to park before our flight was so simple and smooth sailing. The shuttle was right there waiting after we parked and the distance to the airport was very short. When we got back from our trip, the shuttle arrived within 5 to 10 minutes after we got our bags.

I booked early before my trip and misplaced the confirmation email, the manager at the SLC airport location was kind enough to send me a replacement email so that I did not have to have more stress on the day of travel and was happy to help when the reader would not let me out of the parking lot when I returned. your drivers were very polite and kind as well. thank you for a great experience and the ease of it all.
