Improve designation on shuttles dropping off versus pick-up. Often times difficult to know the difference until you see activity. Maybe a sign illuminated on front of shuttle.

Please place an employee at the shuttle pick up at the airport. It's pure chaos with so many customers trying to get on 4 different shuttles and insufficient signage. There needs to be a semblance of order.
Most of the time the buses are right there to pick you up.
