The web page is the most difficult. Trying to sign in was very frustrating and needed to use another email address.

Have been using your services for years. There has only been a couple of times that I have been inconvenienced. (Long wait time at airport, and not enough shuttle buses to accommodate incoming customers form the airport.

App is easy to use to make reservations. Upon arrival, I am always greeted promptly. Check I. Is fast. Shuttles are always available, even at return, I never have to wait long. App is great. Upon return, car is ready to get in and go. Receipt is emailed to you so there is no waiting in line.

Pick up and drop off at car, handling baggage. Seamless service. Our driver was the same at drop off and pickup.. he was very polite and helpful.

There are several things that I like about your services. I love how they pick me up & drop me off right at my car. I feel like my car is safe staying there while I travel. There is never too long of a wait for a shuttle bus plus I can see where the bus is at on the app.

I like Parking Spot east as it is convenient to my Illinois location. The reservation QR code is easily recognizable by the kiosk upon entering and leaving. Lately parking spots have been a little more difficult to find, but we usually do, I do like parking in the lower area, but I find it is often barricaded.
Drivers are usually always helpful helping with placing the bags in and off the shuttle.
I was, however, a little disappointed on my last return flight, the driver was asking me and everyone else are your bags heavy? and offered no assistance. I can appreciate and respect offering jobs to those who are physically limited, but I do really appreciate help with my bags after a long flight.

Great place to park near the airport and a easy drop off at any terminal. Easy in and out off and to all highways and lots of their vehicles run around the clock which makes the wait minimal. Easy app to let them know you are waiting for a pickup and very friendly and nice drivers.

Fast pickup and the van is ready to bring us back to the lot.
