Everything runs smooth and efficient from the time you pull into the valet parking, to the check-in and the vans. However, you should be able to automate the process by having the outside attendance scan your QR code and avoid having to go inside. It used to operate that way years ago and was much more efficient.

Wartime was less than 10 minutes on each side of the trip. Much better than my past couple trips.

We arrived to be picked up and returned to our car at about 10:30 pm on Saturday, May 9th. The line was about 50 people long and more behind us! But, one of your buses were there and 2 buses arrived shortly so we boarded after about a 25 minute wait. I was almost complaining but appreciated that two more buses came so I felt you were responsive.

Efficient, quick, friendly, convenient, fair pricing

We were scheduled to fly to Ecuador on Monday May 4th for vacation. At the check-in counter American Airlines agent informed us that my wife's Passport is not valid ie expires in two months. We returned to the Parking Spot and the customer Service representative suggested we keep the ticket open which we did. Fortunately there is a National Passport Service Ctr in Miami. My wife secured a new passport and we returned our car to the Parking Spot for the next 8 days.

I like that the service is fast and efficient. I can always find a parking space and my car is in a safe place. The staff and drivers are friendly.

I always use the valet services at the Hayes location. My vehicle is always there upon my return.
The only issue I see has to do with the shuttle service having to exit the airport after pickup and drop off TERMINAL A. This adds about 5 to 10 minutes more. Also the shuttle buses are in poor riding shape. It's a rough ride with each ride.

It was easy to check in easy to find a spot and the drivers helped me with my luggage and told me where to find a van on my return trip. The return trip was just as easy even if it was midnight, I felt safe and secure.

The Spot Plus Valet and covered is wonderful. I was running out of options with Parking Spot. I started with ATL 2 - then that became a ZOO of major proportions. Moved to Spot 2. Started good but has consistently gone down hill - each week. Moved to spot plus ATL valet covered and it is great.

I have used The Parking Spot on several occasions when flying out of Austin. Each time, the reservation process has been easy to navigate, the staff has been more than accommodating and the ease of getting to and from the airport has been simple. Due to the cost and convenience of this service, I will continue to use The Parking Spot.
