The south parking service was fine. The lack of signage to find the pickup location at the terminal to return to the south parking was not good. Passengers were lost all over the van pick-up area. Construction was a big contributor to the problem. We managed to flag down one of your drivers and made it to the south lot. We were in American Airlines terminal.

The Parking Spot is so easy and convenient!! The Spot's vans pick you up almost immediately after you park your car, take you directly to the airport and the same is true upon your return after your flight. The driver's are always friendly and extremely helpful - getting your bags from your car or putting them back in upon your return if you need them to.

There is no question that challenges come up in every business it is how they are handled. I didn't appreciate the lack of authority to correct a problem on site however I remember having the customer assistance email. I was very impressed how quickly the situation was made right by me. There is no question that the type of service has declined immensely at the Parking Spot however you have me holding on by my fingertips hoping not to have to change my choice of off sight parking
