This time we arrived, but we were never picked up. When we saw one of the vans going about 2 miles over from us and ran over and cut that one, so I’m not sure what the mixup was this time that’s the first time anything like that it happened to us

Driver Angelo was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately I was in a medical boot, he carried my bags and put them in the back of my SUV for me. I was not expecting that. A++ go out to Angelo!

The service was great. The shadow was waiting for us when we arrived. We got over to the airport in no time. And when we arrive back using the app, the shuttle was waiting for us in the blue zone. I took us right back to our car the easiest I’ve ever experienced.
