Guest Testimonials
Convenient, small lot, quick shuttles and friendly staff.
Good parking spots, quick trips to/from airport.
The cover space options. However this last visit I had to wait 40 minutes for a van to pick me up from the Orlando airport to my car which was not the normal service I have had it the past.
Easy parking with friendly staff.
Prompt and courteous service every time
I like the reservation process
We were very pleased with the timeliness of the pickup, even though our flight was delayed and we were hours later than expected.
Convenience and courteous staff
Drivers are very courteous and helpful. Easy reservation process, quick pickup to and from airport.
Always reliable
Really good driver service my last 4,5 trips
Quick polite affordable
Drivers pickup pretty quickly and are friendly. The shuttles are are a bit loud inside though :)
Easy in & out
Convenient location, reliable and decent price
Convenience and efficient services.
res system much better - drivers need to all drive smoother - camp creek pkrway is not a race track
When you reserve a parking spot it makes things very smooth and easy. The vans are very efficient and the car is ready to go when you return. The ap is very easy to use.
Quick, convenient
Convenient, secure and reasonable. Staff is courteous and helped put air in my almost flat tires.
Easy dropoff of car.
Love that the shuttle can drop you curbside. Am okay with walking to the commercial pickup area to catch the shuttle when I return, but the curbside dropoff outbound is a game changer!
Excellent service right there didn't have no waiting time
Fast service, everyone is helpful
I do like about having inconvenient parking away from all of the construction at the airport. Generally, I’ll do a good job about picking us up and getting us back to our car.
This time we arrived, but we were never picked up. When we saw one of the vans going about 2 miles over from us and ran over and cut that one, so I’m not sure what the mixup was this time that’s the first time anything like that it happened to us
Convenience, easy, and affordable
