The Parking Spot was recommended by friends. It was easy to book, and with extended parking, the rate was very reasonable. The employees were professional and helpful. They loaded and unloaded our suitcases from the shuttle. The trip to the airport was effortless. On the return trip, even though we forgot our card with parking information because it was buried in our suitcase, the employee was helpful in finding our car and carried our suitcases to the car. I used The Parking Spot 1 on Will Clayton on September 23, and I was very pleased with the service. From the moment I pulled in, everything was smooth and organized. The shuttle picked me up quickly, and the driver was friendly and helpful. When I returned, I didn’t have a long wait, and getting back to my car was easy.

I travel often, and good service goes a long way with me. This experience was stress-free, convenient, and professional from start to finish. I’ll definitely use this location again the next time I fly out of IAH.
