Our driver was EXTREMELY cheerful and helpful.
We had a picture of the back of our car which showed the parking slot number, but I was surprised that it didn’t specifically tell our driver exactly where our car was located. He found it fairly easily in section P. Why not paint the Section Letter in front of the slot number?? P328. Would be one more layer of information that wouldn’t cost a tremendous amount of money after it’s initially done. Because you’ll probably say, “look at your parking stub” but we had lost our ticket on our trip.
I had talked with our driver and my husband how effective your spotted vans were to see at the airport and I even enjoyed seeing our drivers spotted socks that he said your company provided him. Fantastic design.
What about giving ppl old fashioned SPOTTED HAND FANS when they unload from van at departure drop off. Would be something I’d stick in my carry on. Then when you arrive back home and are waiting for the Parking Spot van you could use them to keep cool AND to signal driver that you’re a passenger waiting at van pickup (along with a hundred other ppl waiting for their shuttles).
You could even tag it with “ IM A FAN”

The Parking Spot was seemless. A representative at the entrance told us where to park. We stayed in our car until the shuttle came to our car ( that was less than 5 minutes) and drove us to our terminal. Upon arrival, the shuttle was waiting just outside the baggage area and had us back to our car in minutes. It was the smoothest part of our trip!

The location was a nice drive without the hassle of all the airport traffic. The convenience and ease of the drop off and pickup.

I like the convenience of having the shuttle pick me up at my car and returning me be back to where my car is parked. It is also usually a short time to get to and from the airport and back to my car.
