We were first time users of the Parking Spot. Process was very easy. We registered online, arrived, paid and a very kind gentleman loaded our luggage then took us to the front door at the airport. He gave us instruction on where to go to get signed in and where to go when and what to expect when we got back. Our car was parked for ten days. We arrived back. Opened the app. It notified them were had arrived. We were able to track the shuttle from our phone which arrived quickly. The driver loaded our luggage and unloaded when we got back to the parking lot. Our car was parked and waiting for us. Great experience!
