Took no time at all to drive into the parking area, was given covered parking as requested and bus was there to pick us up for airport immediately.
Return to car once home was just as fast. This was the 1st time using a service like this, we have always used Hotel room with parking the night before. Felt a lot better sleeping in my own bed the night before traveling, was not as rushed and felt car was in a safer place than hotel.

I love the availability of covered parking, and the water offered upon exit, and the friendly drivers. One thing: more shuttles at pick-up at the airport would be good. Many times, the line is super long, especially on the east side of the Denver airport, and you have to wait for the next shuttle...or the one after that....and it may be 30 minutes to an hour!

Conveniently located off 170. Easy to get to from Illinois via 270 to 170. Drivers are usually pleasant as well as helpful with luggage.

Easy to make reservation. Greeted at gate with instructions of where to park. Courteous Shuttle there in a matter of minutes.

We used the app and scanned in the parking lot with our phone. Paid for a covered parking spot. Our vehicle was safe and sound all 4 days. A shuttle picked us up at our parking spot and returned us to our vehicle at the end of the trip. They were located at DFW in the area they mentioned and came right away! It was honestly hassle free and I’ll definitely use it again.

I’m glad that you have the same service as you’ve always had where the shuttle picks up at your parking space and drops you off there. I was afraid that was going away, but then learned that there are two types of booking now.

Very reliable organization. Vans always meet you, customer service fine, personnel on duty at all times at the location and on the phone, when a problem they graciously help solve it. Wouldn't park anywhere else!!! Thank you, Parking Spot South!!!!
