I want to thank the gentleman who greeted us at the gate. This was my first time using your service and he took the time to explain everything to me first thing in the morning. The driver was quickly at our spot. I was so shocked- I don’t even think I turned the car off and he was there- and super friendly at 5AM!! On our return flight, we walked outside to an extremely friendly and helpful gentleman on Christmas Day!!

I love many things about the Parking Spot in Buffalo. I have a list of reasons such as: the ease with which one can book a parking reservation online and print out the QR code; can enter enter the parking facility at anytime as long as you have your QR code for scanning; parking spot aisles are well-labeled; the airport shuttle comes around within 5 minutes of parking and provides the driver with a card indicating one's parking spot number as well as, the facility's contact number if needed; drop off within 5-10 minutes of leaving the parking facility at the airport terminal. What could be easier than that!! WE shall only park at The Parking Spot when flying from Buffalo. Thank you! Great people and service!!
