I like the convenience of the locations. Most of the drivers are awesome. This last time no one came to my row to pick me up. A driver came that was doing domestic and she asked if she could take me to international since the driver picked up friends on another row and never came back to mine.

Pickups and drop-offs are quick. Your drivers are polite and never fail to say “thank you” for a tip.
My only criticism is the distance for pickups from the terminal. While I know you have no control over that, I think the airport should consider the traveler. Some of us are older.
