The shuttle bus staff drove kindly and safely. The price is also very reasonable.

There are several shuttle buses operating at once, so there is seldom a wait to travel to or to be picked up at the airport.

Ease of location, parking is always available, the shuttle drivers and gate staff are very helpful.
I will say that the wait times from when you do park in uncovered parking to pick up have increased but you still offer great service. And I like the QR code for the driver tip in the shuttle. I never carry cash. It would be helpful however to have this posted on more than 1 window as the shuttle is often full and typically someone is blocking the code. With everyone in such a rush and hustle it is sometimes not of conveniance to only have posted in one window.

We have always been very satisfied whenever we park at The Parking Spot. The entire process is very smooth and airport pickup is always quite quick.

I really like to be able to book the parking reservation on my phone and have the QR code available for check in and check out. If I do my calculations right my stay is paid for and all I have to do when I leave is drive through the gate.

Since the demise of Parking Lot C we've been using Parking Spot and have been happy with it. You usually don't have to wait too long for a shuttle and the rates are decent enough.
