We have been using this parking garage for several years. Service has always been exceptional. We called before we reserved last time. We were staying at the Hyatt and were aware that things had changed that would affect the routes. When we called and asked if we could be dropped off there, we were told that it was still a possibility. Since my husband is visually impaired this was a relief for us and we went ahead and reserved. However, upon boarding the shuttle we were told NO by the driver.
When we were dropped at the new airport, the driver told my husband to look at the escalator inside and use it. If my husband could have seen it, it might have been a help, but alas we were left to struggle and stress. Not only were we disappointed, we were treated rudely for the first time ever by a member of your staff. We will probably be looking for alternative airport parking in our future. Know that doesn't matter but we will miss the convenience.
Buses are timely and drivers are friendly and helpful with luggage. I am a new user having used it three times now. Pricing is also reasonable! I have already recommended it to several of my friends!

Our plane was delayed and we got our luggage at 4am. We were picked pretty quickly by the shuttle and our car was running and ready to go when we got to the lot.
