Recap on previous comment; Yes, I am one of those customers that don't leave feedback unless I had a bad. I did leave a low scoring comment due the Parking Spot late fees. I was told that this was company policy and it wasn't a mistake. I said 'OK'. Life goes on and a world full of fees.
What I did not expect was a call from the Assistant Manager at the Orlando location. He was very sympathetic, very customer focus, and offered to refund my late fee charges. I am commenting now, not because I got a refund but because I was very impressed with their dedication to customer service. It definitely showed. I have been using the Parking Spot for a few years. Every driver and attendant I have interacted with has been professional and kind. Being from NYC, their friendliness and courtesy sometimes scare me because 'Nobody can be that nice', but you are.

What don't I like about your service?
1.) Some of your drivers go so darn fast that I feel like I am on a ride in an amusement park getting tossed from side to side.

2.) Some of your drivers do not get out of their seats to help with luggage

First time using this place. Very simple. I had to make adjustments due to flight changes and it was easy. Thank you. Will use in the future.

Quick , efficient and great service. Even with a last minute ticket to driver my car was waiting for me when we pulled into the facility! That is great service. They always ask if we want water and it is always cold!
