Overall, your staff really tries to provide excellent service. Also, the valet service is user friendly and very safe - I don't like being dropped in the lot. Occasionally I've had to use other lots, and sometimes you get dropped in a dark garage. Don't care for that. Love the valet service.

Convenience and great place to leave my vehicle

We had prompt pick up, to airport and back. 7/5-7/9 The driver on the way to airport was very helpful with bags (earned his tip). The shuttle also wasn’t crowded at all. We were picked up from shuttle stop about 5 minutes after parking for flight departure . Didn’t have to park far from shuttle pick up. On the way back. A shuttle did pick us up within 10 minutes of arrival to airport. Was a little crowded, but passengers made room for us to sit. The driver was somewhat helpful, but not as helpful as the first driver…. We still tipped I like that you can see their shuttles very clearly upon arrival and that the app locates when a customer is near. I also appreciate the AAA discount. Will definitely use their service again. I used to use Wally Park, but read so many bad reviews about shuttle times, I decided to try this service. I saw some bad reviews for The Parking Spot too, but we had an overall great experience.

Great customer service, got us upgraded and found a great spot as soon as we got into the parking garage, fast airport drop off and pick up, the bus was there at the terminal waiting for us when we were back from our super delayed flight

Shuttles are quick to pick us up in the lot and this last time at the airport pickup when we returned it was MUCH better than the last time. Last time, we had to wait for the third shuttle to pick us up. This time, there wasn't a line to get back. Not sure how you solve that other than to put a bunch of shuttles in some hold space at DIA and let them loose when things get backed up.

Its convenient, although a bit learned from trial and error. The app could be improved. But overall for an of-airport parking the service is well worth the money.

Convenient and always great service. Flight was delayed in this case, and arrived after midnight, didn't have to wait more than a couple of minutes for the shuttle.
