I was traveling with my wife and 1 yo. twins. We had our luggage, carry ons, stroller and two cars seats with us. They picked us up right there from our vehicle which was amazing. The drivers both to the airport and back to our car were both extremely helpful with all of our stuff. It was our first time ever using The Parking Spot and it was a great experience. Also liked that the spots were covered and getting in and out of the place was easy. You can either prepay or pay as you exit.

Quick access to airport. Continual bus service. Sometimes the readers do not work properly especially in bright sun. We have had problems with readers several times at 4;00 am

I like the short distance to the airport and the covered spots; the drivers are great as well ; the only thing I would change is to give us a chance to walk to our spot once we’re at the facility vs driving around to everyone’s spots.

Conveniences

The staff is friendly - when my sister and I first pulled up, your front gate lady greeted us, told us where to go, and even joked around with her.. even got to compliment her on how pretty she is! The bus driver pulled up immediately after parking, helped us with our luggage, and got us to our gate with a nice and smooth drive. When we got back to DFW, though we did wait for the buses for a while, it was cool that I could track where they were. Again, the bus driver helped us with our luggage and got us to our car on a smooth ride.

To be honest, I've always had a good experience with this company, almost to the point that I expect it. The only time I've had a bad experience was back in October 2023 where we had a rude and impatient bus driver (I haven't seen him since). But even then, everyone else and everything else was fantastic.
