I like the ease of the Holy experience. But like getting picked up right where we park as well as dropped off by our car instead of having to walk to find it. I like the app with quick access and and out of the parking lot. It's nice to be able to see where the buses are to come pick us up when waiting.

Regarding the pick up when we returned: lots of chaos which line to get into and people who got there later getting on before those of us who waited longer. You guys really need to manage first come first served. Create a line or rope it off or something. Your attendants can’t manage people‘s rudeness and wanting to cut off others. This is not how I want to return from my vacation. Maybe because it’s the new space for the shuttles at the Atlanta airport? I don’t know, but please fix this.
