Once I got used to the self-serve approach I like it. It was raining and the staff wanted to make sure we were comfortable. Our particular driver on site to the airport was pleasant and engaging. Who knew he would have a personality at 7 am. Pick up is always easy and fast and delivery to your exact parking location makes the transaction as easy as possible.
The driver took us our vehicle and helped load the luggage.
