The service here is fantastic. I have used several parking services over the years and this is by far the best. It's easy to make a reservation, it's not crowded, there is covered parking and the shuttle pick up is great. The app lets you know when I'm in the pick up area and the driver is not far behind.
I like the premium parking layout in Kansas City. I enjoy the card that gets my driver right back to my car. I do not enjoy the current construction, but I'll keep coming anyway (it would be nice to have some info/signage specific to getting there from the freeway and getting back to the freeway). Been parking here since my first trip from MCI and will continue to use everytime.

Great drivers! Great attitude. Easy to park. Multiple options from self park uncovered, to covered, and valet parking. Easy to get to the Parking Spot Plus lot and easy to exit. Drivers are always ready and waiting when we park our car and usually are there when we arrive back at the airport from our trip.

Shuttle drivers are always friendly and helpful with my luggage. I arrived at the airport after midnight and a long flight. I was so happy to see a shuttle waiting right outside.

Aside from the construction in the area, TPS is incredibly convenient for frequent travelers. I never have to wait long for a shuttle and the drivers are personable and helpful. The value is there too!
There is always a bus waiting to get us at our car to go to the airport. It’s never more that 10 minutes from parking to airport door.
