Extremely happy with the pick up service from the lot to the airport. Friendly driver gave me a ticket with the parking space number. Picked me up within a minute of parking.
The wait for the van on the way back was a bit extended but once the van arrived, service was excellent.

I love how close it is to the airport, so easy to get in and out, and I'm usually barely out of my car before the shuttle pulls up. Same upon return; I've never had to wait very long for the shuttle back to the lot. All the drivers have been very friendly and helpful. I also appreciate the little reminder card the driver gives each person with their spot number (I immediately take a picture of it because I inevitably lose the card itself); without that, I would never remember where I parked. And so far, the prices have stayed very reasonable, though they have creeped up over time (which I understand, given inflation) and they do fluctuate. I once parked somewhere else (I don't remember why) and immediately regretted it. Parking Spot or bust!
I love that it's electric and I can show my phone and drive on thru. I have parked there 3 times now and had nothing but good experiences. Your shuttle drivers are the best! Polite, respectful, friendly and very helpful.

Fast pickup and drop-off. Drivers all very courteous. Always have some type of special running to save some money.
