I found it easy to make a reservation. Parking was a breeze and the shuttle came within a few minutes to take us to the airport. When we came back, there was a shuttle at the airport and got us back to our vehicle quickly. Checkout went smoothly and there was an attendant there to help if needed.

This was the first time using "The Spot" south parking lot for DIA. I like the pickup service at the car and ride was very comfortable. It adds another 1/2 hour to the commute but well worth the price.
On the return we picked up the bus outside of the 511 doors at DIA. The only complaint I have is when we got to the sign , which said the spot, we were told there is a line to get in. The sign didn't mention the line starts here. So, People that were there first said you need to get in line.
So, Maybe your sign should say " The Spot , Line starts here" There were a couple who were not as understanding and tried to stay at the front of the line. They eventually did move after a few people mention to them. Just an idea.
All in all Great service and price to park your car at DIA.

prompt service- van follows you to your parking space and picks you right up. Usually a van is at the gate when I arrive. Only fear is that the service is so popular that I won’t be able to find a parking spot when I arrive!
