The whole process of reserving a space, checking in and being delivered and picked up from the airport was seamless. My vehicle was secure and I had no worries about it, even being gone for more than a week. I have used the Parking Spot for several years and my experience has also een the same.
It was simple and easy to make a reservation. There were many open spots. The transporter were nice and helpful.
Conveniently located on airport grounds, pick up and drop off at my car and usually I don't have to wait too long for a bus to pick me up when I arrive back to kansas city.
The pick up was quick, bottle of water was cold, and the car wash was nice. The only thing I would improve on the pick up from the airport, which is typically quite slow because the line at the airport is long and we have to wait for a couple buses to even get out of there. I wish there were more frequent buses maybe add one or two to the rotation to solve this problem.
