The parking Spot has a very good blend of technology use and the power of human touch. Small things like giving me a card with my car location were much appreciated. The app works and I like the shuttle tracker concept

The only issue with the shuttle tracker was, upon our arrival back into PHX, the app said we needed to call for the shuttle. We decided to wait until we got the pickup point to call but happily, as we got there 2 shuttles showed up - one for each location. We were not able to track the shuttle since that app told me I needed to call.

Easy to park with attendant directing to a row. Busses will wait in front of where you parked for easy pick up. Quick transportation to and from the airport to this location. I like having cold water at the exit after an oftentimes dehydrating plane ride.
