I parked in the covered self park area. The whole process went smoothly from the moment I checked in at the gate, took the shuttle to and then upon return back from the airport, and then smooth checkout leaving the parking lot. The only challenge was finding my particular lot as it is at the far distant end of where you enter from. Fortunately though a very helpful attendant in the lot gave me clear directions as to how to find a lot.

I like I can book my reservation on line and then get a reminder e-mail of the upcoming reservation. The people at the gate are very nice and helpful. We never have to wait very long for our shuttle either to or from the airport the shuttle drivers are helpful and friendly.

The shuttle quickly loaded my bag and we were off to the airport. Upon my return, it was easy to find the pick up location and the wait was minimal. Super convenient even if it costs a little more. The discount was nice.
