1st time using your service. So easy. Loved being picked up from my car and quickly taken to terminal. When arriving back very short wait for the shuttle and again taken right to my car. And really appreciated the free cold water bottle upon leaving. All the drivers were great. Thank you. I will be parking here again.

Easy to get to the lot in Charlotte. Prompt pickup/delivery to terminal. Selected a covered spor in a secured lot. Upon completion of trip was picked up after a two minute wait. Delivered to my war. Drivers were polite and did the heavy lifting for 3 passengers. Will use every time I travel.

Conveniently located, friendly staff, always plenty of parking and covered parking at Parking Spot East is cheaper than any other covered parking.

Drivers like Ed, Philip, Eugene and Vena are always friendly and recognize me when they pick me up! It’s always nice to see a friendly face.

I appreciate the mobile app and the ease of entering and exiting the lot. The prices are pretty fair too.

I like the reservation aspect. It wasn’t to difficult to get to. The fact that they pick you up and drop you off at your car is great! Better signage for getting out.

The driver on my pick up was lazy and didn't want to help much, barely even greeted the passengers but the driver upon my return was amazing. Greeted me with a smile, helped with my bags and even loaded luggage in my car up for me... as someone handicapped that was so much appreciated!!! The parking spot is a great convenience and fairly priced if you book in advance
