Customer Service and Product
The Parking Spot at BDL is the best! There is always either a truck waiting to pick us up or it arrives within a few minutes and my car is always waiting when I get to the lot. The drivers are friendly and the prices are reasonable. Thank you!
Timely pickup, friendly drivers, covered parking
Your staff was great. My flight had been delayed for a day, and even though I reserved through Spot Hero there was no problem getting the extension. It happened automatically and for an appropriate price. The driver came back to check on me when I was exiting to make sure all went well. I was so pleased and will book directly from now on!
Fast and easy to get in and out and the shuttle takes you right to the covered parking spot.

The only way to park at the airport
Very convenient to the airport. Feel that my vehicle is secure. Shuttle drivers very helpful.
Quick, efficient, friendly
I like the ease to be able to book my reservation. I also liked the fully covered area and they have a large covered area. The only suggestion I would make was it was a little difficult to figure out where exactly I was supposed to park. Mind you I flew out very early in the morning but better signs as to what roe I needed to park in would have been helpful but had no issues where I parked my car. The transit bus met me and took me to the airport.
