Great parking place.

Usually, I'm picked up at my vehicle by the time I get my suitcase out of my car - and usually the shuttle is there when I'm getting to the pick up zone. The times when the shuttle was immediately there, the wait wasn't long.

It's very easy to secure a covered spot & I love the fact that once I park the shuttle picks me up immediately to bring me to my terminal and close to my gate. And they pick me back up shortly after I return from my trip.

We really liked that you upgraded our reservation to covered parking the evening before we were due to park.. this is a great facility, easy in, timely shuttles, quick pickup/drop off!

It's easy to find the the spot parking lot, it's easy to check in and they spend a lot of time. Time sending information via text and email to get you set for when your appointment is and how to go about checking in.

This parking location is excellent, as the buses come to an excellent spot at baggage claim and it’s almost as close as the other two parking spot near the airport.

Incredibly convenient. Shuttle picks you up at your car, drops you off and picks you back up at the terminal in a timely fashion, and drops you off at your car.

It was late at night, the driver was friendly and so helpful. She even offered her phone charger when my battery was dying. Even though the app said I would need to contact for a shuttle since it was late, she was already at the pick-up. A very welcomed bonus!

Shuttle drivers have always been courteous and friendly. Buses are tidy and don't smell peculiar. In the past when I had trouble starting my vehicle when returning from a trip, the shuttle drivers got he help from folks on site, and I was able to get my car started so I could get home safely.
