Drivers are always extremely courteous!

Everything is touchless and done through the app. And you don’t have to call anyone when you get to the airport. They see when you arrive at the airport through the app and will send a van immediately. Pricing is great and it’s a well Protected lot. I highly recommend the Parking Spot!!!!

I have used The Parking Spot 1 numerous times since 2021. However, the most recent stay from May 8-May 10 I was instructed to park in Row A (which was fine). Upon my arrival back on May 10, when using my QR code to check out, the screen advised me I had parked "in an unauthorized area" and charged me an ADDITIONAL $17+ dollars upon checkout! If I parked where I was instructed to park by the attendant, why was I charged an additional almost $20 when I checked out? That situation needs to be looked into because had I known this, I would have parked myself somewhere other than where I was instructed to.

Other than that incident, I am very satisfied with The Parking Spot 1.

I was able to talk to a real person, who was very kind and informative. The location was easy to find and very secure. The shuttle was very quickly there to ferry us to the airport. The driver was courteous and friendly. This was my first time parking and flying and I would do it again, if the occasion arises.
