I wish I could remember the driver who picked us up this past Sunday (around 5:15 pm) evening, it was very icy and cold, but he picked us up promptly and got us back to our car safely. He even offered to wait and make sure we were able to start our car. We didn't need help, but it was nice of him to offer just in case.

I am always happy with my service and experience at the parking spot. This time was a little bit more challenging than others as it was very cold and the internet was down on checking in. I appreciated the quick pickup and when leaving that there was a person I could talk to because I couldn't check out with the normal Kiosk.

It can't be any simpler.....I show-up, scan my reservation, park my car undercover, they pick me up at my car and take me to my airline and gate !!! Reverse steps when I land. Even when I land in freezing weather !!! Thanks :)

When I returned from my trip, the driver was so kind and helpful. I didn't get his name, but he not only put my bags in my car (unlike the driver at PS 2), but he offered to help me get the snow off my windshield, when he saw me trying to scrape it off. My unexpected trip was due to my father's passing, then I had to deal with my flight getting cancelled to Dallas, then not being prepared for the weather conditions. All of that was very stressful. The kindness he showed was much appreciated.
