I have had great services form the Parking Spot at BDL over the years. While many of my coworkers prefer to park at the BDL garages, I prefer to support local businesses. I have also be able ot use the Parking Spot locations outside of CT and have had many of the same experiences.

The shuttle bus drivers for pick up and drop off were amazing and helpful while I was traveling with my 3 year old grandson.

I like that i can park my car and take my keys, the vans came quickly both on my arrival at the parking lot and when I came back from my trip, and the drivers were very friendly and helpful.
The shuttle is there to pick you up immediately after parking. At our most recent visit, the shuttle was waiting for us to get our bags from the trunk.

Out of the several years I have used TOS I have only had one bad experience. Management jumped on that quickly and provided a refund. Keep up the great work!
