well the facility is great, the drivers are so helpful and courteous, the person at the check in kiosk is always helpful, and the shuttles show up for pickup on a nice schedule. It's clean and safe. But the thing I really wanted to thank you for is your positivity and inclusion messages. I noticed you have signs up urging people to treat the drivers with respect and I love that. And I can't remember the specifics, but one drive had a company shirt on with the most positive message. I thought at the time how much I wanted to thank the company. We need that right now!! So thank you with all my heart ---

I have used Parking Spot 2 exclusively for the last few years. Booking through the app is seamless! Have never waited more than 5 minutes to be picked up at my car to shuttle to the airport! Highly recommend Parking Spot!

I had a great experience with the parking spot. The process was easy and convenient, the facility was clean and well-maintained, and I felt comfortable leaving my car there while traveling. The parking area was easy to navigate, and getting to and from the airport was smooth. Overall, a very convenient and stress-free experience. I would definitely use this parking garage again!

Shuttle to lot after flight came quickly.

This was my second time using The Parking Spot in St. Louis, and I loved it! I used covered parking the first time and uncovered parking this time. I especially appreciated that the shuttle picked me up and dropped me off right at my car, since I was parked a little farther from the front desk. That made everything so convenient! The shuttle was very clean, too.

My only suggestion would be clearer signs for the shuttle pickup area at the airport. The location was off to the side of the arrivals area, and I had trouble finding the company’s name or logo to know where to wait.

Overall, a great experience! I would happily park here again.
