The ease of making or changing reservations on line. The cost is low. Choices of which area to park in and whether it’s covered or not. Appreciate the shuttle drivers stopping to pick up or drop off at our car.. the shuttle drives are very friendly and make you furl good about using them.

It's convenient and close enough to the airport and far away from the chaos at the airport and the drivers are very help full. Plus you get a free bottle of water when leaving. Very nice.

I like the location. I like how often the shuttles run. I do wish there were more discounts even if you're spot members. I also wish you'd return to giving out cold waters - that was a great perk. I know you've switched to self service but if people pick the one by the booth the person is in, they could offer water to those clients.
