Easy to secure a spot. Loved pick up/drop off. Super easy process. Only minor criticism are the parking spots are a bit tight.

I usually don't have to wait long to be picked up at the airport. I quit my other parking lot for that very reason... So, thank you for having a great fleet of vans and drivers. We're old and having the driver help us with our bags is a great selling point.

We uncovered parking and prepay the fee. It is all a wonderful service, prepaying helps get you on your way quickly. Shuttle buses are quick to pick you up at your car, and return you to your car when you get back. Excellent service always.
