Everyone I dealt with were extremely personable and professional.
I was able to get a discount by reserving my spot in advance and using my AAA card I was able to check in easily at the gate and the bus to take me to the airport terminal was waiting right at my car. I was quickly at my airline departure area and the driver help me get the bags off of the bus
On the return the bus came quickly to get me back right to my car this really simplified my trip and I appreciate the great service I always get it parking spot.
I arrived home to find that my glass case had fallen out on the bus I was able to call at 1:00 in the morning and get a person to tell me they had already found them and I could pick them up the next day thanks for going above and beyond to retrieve my glass case

Once the car is parked, a shuttle bus is there shortly after to take us to the terminal.
Shuttle buses are waiting at the terminal for arriving flights, we walked out of the terminal, got on the waiting bus, straight to the lot.
