Guest Testimonials
The employees were cheerful and pleasant to work with. They were very helpful and friendly
Reliable, convenient and friendly
Easy process.
Only one thing that bothered me since it was an obvious error on my part but I think should have been given consideration...Apparently when modifying my reservation online since I would be returning later...I clicked on 12am for my return return rather than 11:59 pm. I was charged for a full day extra because of it. I returned close to midnight on my return date.
I called in and it was an obvious error. But no considerationn was given. It may be helpful to have customers input their flight schedules on their reservation.
The parking venue
Great service. No issues.
Works great
Fantastic Service!!! Fast pick up at the airport, super friendly drivers and a system that is easy to use. The web site is awesome as well!! Highly recommend!!
The drivers are always amazing and friendly! Great price and great convenience
The attendant at the front I’m at 545 AM, is definitely not the most pleasant or helpful unfortunately
The staff helped find us a good spot to park and they found a small bag I left in the van that held all of my important paper, money & Passport. Thank you so much.
I like the shuttle bus.
How close you are to the airport , and your drivers come pretty quickly to pick up us passengers.
The staff is polite, professional and always very helpful. I also really like the valet option.
The process was very seamless, convenient, and affordable. The free water upon departure is an added plus!
Convenient and reliable. Price is fair. Easy to reserve and pay with app
Convenience, proximity to the airport, always a shuttle available in short amount of time, friendliness of staff, complimentary water and car wash - although I've never used the car wash. Prices are reasonable and lots of discounts throughout the year
Efficiency and dependable
Easy, easy, easy! They pick you up at your car, drop off at airport and when you get back your wait is less then 10 minutes for a pick up and drop off right at your car. Price is great!
We have always enjoyed the service and convenience when using Parking Spot. We were particularly impressed recently. We returned from Savannah with luggage and golf clubs so my wife remained at baggage claim while I left to get our vehicle. When I arrived at Parking Spot I realized my keys were in my luggage. If course I felt really dumb. I walked to the office and sheepishly explained my problem. The manager cheerfully said, “No problem, the driver outside will help you.” The driver was the same one that had just dropped me off at my vehicle. He gladly offered support. He immediately drove me back to the airport to the arrivals door where my wife was waiting, helped load our luggage (and golf clubs), then drove us back to our parked vehicle. That was SERVICE! I have, and will, use and recommend Parking Spot to anyone… Thank you parking Spot!
Stress free transportation to the airport and close in proximity. Staff is nice
Easy access Pick up busses run frequently, very little wait on either end of the trip
friendly staff, easy in and easy out. shuttles are timely and i rarely have to wait too long.

Professional, punctual, great service, clean, safe ..I have been parking here for so many years.Always consistent. I recommend to all
Thanks for the easy pick up at our car in the lot and the terminal drop off. It was hassle free and a great way to start our trip.
The service is excellent! The shuttle meets you at your car, they will assist with your luggage and you quickly depart to the airport. The return trip to your car is very efficient as you never need to wait long for the shuttle to return to the parking lot.
very easy
Easy and convenient parking. Reservation process is simple and plenty of shuttle buses available.
Very quick and easy to park. The shuttle was timely. I would highly recommend.
Easy in and out. Timely shuttle. The attendant on duty on Saturday, October 3, at around 6:30 pm was very friendly and helpful which we appreciated after a long day of travel to get back home to Houston.
