Great location closest to airport, I like the covered valet and option to add car wash. Also the wait time for shuttle upon return seems to be much quicker than other parking shuttles.

I've always had a good experience at Parking Spot except for this one at Hobby. I told the person at entry I needed uncovered and she directed me to Row 2 which was covered. I said no uncovered. She said Row 2. So we parked there because we were concerned about getting a shuttle in time if we just went to the uncovered at the back. Of course when we left, we got charged for covered plus lost the discount. It cost me 2x what it should have.

Always have a great experience every time we park here. Was shocked how much rates increased though since our last trip in November.

The timing of your vans and your drivers. I rarely have to wait to be picked up at your lot and
have had minimal time waiting for a van from the airport to your lot. It is so nice knowing that

I didn't have to worry about my car. I'm got picked up from my car and taking directly to the airport. And then I got picked up from the airport very quickly and taking directly to my car. The driver help me with my heavy suitcase. Everyone was kind and considerate. Things were made easy for me.

Through our car app we were able to see that our car was left unlocked the entire length of our stay. I called the first night and was assured the car would be locked when it was moved to its spot but this did not happen.

Friendly people, generally quick process, no extra stops between parking and airport.
