The convenience and the price were perfect for our getaway. The wait for the shuttle when we landed was minimal, staff were friendly and we received a complimentary upgrade to covered parking. We would definitely recommend them for future travel parking needs.

Very easy to use. Scan coming in and going out. They pick you up, they drop you off. Doesn't get any better than that!

This was our first time parking with the Parking Spot. Our drivers to and from the airport were very friendly and engaging. On arrival we had to wait a while for a shuttle, but the ones that came by would let us know one was on the way, which was nice. My only complaint happened when we were exiting the lot. A shuttle approached us as we were exiting and there was not much room to pass in the lane. This driver stopped in the middle of the lane and we could not get by. It was 11 PM and we were ready to get home. I feel they should have at a very minimum pulled over to one side so we could pass. They sat right in the middle and we were able to get by but when I say there was no room for error there was no room for error. I just felt this was rude and disrespectful.

We have used The Parking Spot for several years. Always courteous and helpful drivers, not a long wait for buses and the price is very reasonable.

Check in was very easy and our car was perfect when came back 10 days later. Great price but exit was a little complicated as the machine didn’t register our QR code but eventually we got some help and we headed home.

The reason I am taking this survey is bc I tried numerous times by phone to inform you of my experience on 6/25/26 at about 5:35 am. No one would speak to me and no one would call me back. The service on that morning was abominable. The driver was an absolute jerk. Of the very highest order; a complete waste of payroll, I am sure.

He passed me up 3 times in the pouring rain and when he finally stopped he made me walk about the length of a football field, through about 1" of mud in places with 2 roller-bags and one duffel bag and my tote. He is a middle aged man, over 55 I would say, with white hair.

USAirport Parking had gone steadily downhill prior to the acquisition by The Parking Spot. For the past 2 years it has been perfect. My experience on the morning of 6/25/26 dramatically changed my perception to the point that I seriously doubted I would ever patronize this lot where I have routinely parked for the past 20 years. I am owned an apology and a call.
