Parking Spot West is where we always park when we go on vacation. It is only 16 minutes from my house, and is very easy to get to. The employees there have always been very helpful with any information you might need. The drivers have always been very nice and always helps with the bags, which helps me and my wife out very much. Keep up the good work!

I like the at my car pick up and drop off. However, this past stay we were on the shuttle way too long. Our driver cleared the entire lot by himself when the shuttles could have helped. He kept telling the other drivers not to worry about it. He was a nice driver, but was doing too much and cramming the shuttle to full.

Usually, the drivers are helpful.
It would help if the exit signs either had better lighting or more of them on the second floor. Its very dark.
When are you going to buy new mini buses because they feel and sound like they are going to completely disintegrate with every bump.

The drivers were nice, on the way to the airport we were the only 2 people on the bus so we had private limo services. The route back home had a few more people on it. The place is very close to the airport. No problems and the price wasn't bad

The remodel of The Parking Spot west is super. More efficient and nicely done. I always choose covered parking and I feel like my car is secure and protected from the elements. My only request for improvement is I keep the QR code for each reservation in the Apple Wallet on my phone. For some reason, this time it was gone when I returned so it took longer to exit even though I prepaid. This was a brief trip - less than 72 hours. That was a bit annoying. The customer service was good though.

The shuttles are frequent enough that you never have to wait long.

We had a very late flight home. They answered the phone right away and were very helpful. They explained everything and when we got to the pick up spot they were very helpful and let us on even though they were just about at capacity. Very friendly and helpful. We will definitely use them again.
