The personnel
Pretty much everything.. The drivers are really good. The lady at the front gate checking you in and out couldn’t be any nicer and helpful… I’ve used her Parking Spot several times now and I’ve always been pleased.. Your drivers are very responsive on picking you up and dropping you at the correct place
The shuttle drivers are so nice and helpful. I lost my ticket that showed where I parked and he drove us around to find it. The shuttle driver was waiting when we came out of the airport and we jumped right on.
Dependable…… nothing is better than that.
It was easy to use and very convenient for traveling at the airport.
Easy and convenient
Covered parking, pick up at my car, help with luggage, drop off at airport and then the reverse return to my car.
Fast, easy, and convenient
Great place to park and great service!
the app!
The drivers are always courteous & help get my bags on & off the bus. Helpful to people that don’t know Lovefield Airport layout. They direct people which door to go in and where the elevator is located if they don’t want to go on the escalator.
Convenient, prompt service and reasonable price.
Very convenient, prices are great, however, just a little hick-up the last time when we arrived back into Chicago. We landed after 1am and had to wait and trouble phoning to get a bus to pick us up at the airport.
Really like the new covered parking. Enjoy the perks and van pickup has improved.
you have wonderful and courteous drivers. great location to airport.
Convenient location. Friendly drivers.
Always easy, convenient and reliable!
Streamed lined & easy. It was easy to "spot" ;) LOL them at the airport. Groupon was how I found them, as my usual place didn't have the discount. It is a little farther/longer ride from the other place, but I would definitely use them again. comfortable ride. Very nice staff. easy to use. A win all around!
Pick-up and drop-off at car. The complimentary water was very nice when leaving.

The drivers are efficient, friendly and helpful!
The gate attendant was very helpful at 6:30 AM. The shuttle was right there to pick me up. The Driver helped me with my luggage and I was at the terminal in less than 15 minutes. What's there not to like?

The quick service both being picked up at our vehicle on the way to the airport, and being picked up at the airport.
