Quick and easy...the scan in/out process was seamless, and the driver was right there waiting. Also we had almost no wait to get picked up from the airport on the return. We were glad that TPS had enough drivers/vehicles!

I don't like finding your bus, we asked the driver when we got off the bus were it would pick us up & he didn't tell us the correct spot, so we ended up going back upstairs outside then all the way to the right and then all the way to left and then back to the right beofre we got on the bus. Not a good expereince considering we just got off a 7hour flight

Pick up and drop off is great and you don’t have to drive into the airport. The parking area is easily accessible. I loved it!
