Had one issue upon return. Airport had a ground stop due to weather. NOT your fault.
When waiting for shuttle bus a lot of folks coming out of baggage claim and push their way into becoming first in line when bus shows up. By luck I finally got on the third bus that arrived. One of your competitors had a great system. If you didn't get on the bus. You received a plastic voucher. So when next bus showed up those with the voucher were first to board. This system kept tempers down and relieved the bus driver of the stress of trying to pick who was in line first.
