You system works well, however, we came in the other morning about 3AM from Europe and using the app to get the driver it said to call the office. I could not click on the number it presented to dial - bad programming - and using my wife’s phone to dial it went to voice mail.

Luckily we flagged down the driver.

I've been using the parking Spot for about 7 1/2 years. I'm picked up at my car promptly and at airport within 5 minutes.

I enjoyed how easy it was to get the parking space I wanted. Then right after I drove through the gate a shuttle bus followed me to the parking space and grabbed our bags and loaded them as we were taking them out of the car.

So easy and convenient.

I left my car keys on the shuttle by accident and they kept them safe for me for over a week. I was able to pick them up when I got back from my trip.

My only comment for improvement is to get the shocks and struts maintained on the shuttles better. Those rides can be a bit rough.
