Excellent customer service from the staff and drivers at Parking Spot-South. The drivers are very friendly and helpful.
Great driver (Lynden). Good natured, worked hard, got us there as quickly as he could. I would, however, appreciate at least one more bus making rounds. The waits have been getting longer lately, and they fill up quickly, while the Red Lot buses at CMH have gotten more frequent. I would probably switch my parking arrangements if I hadn't already prebooked The Parking Spot and charged expenses to my clients.
The automation in the booking process is easy. I also like the navigation where we can see where the shuttle is in regards to pick up.
