Easy to use and very reasonable in price.

Quick service, convient location, helpful drivers

Picked up and returned to car. When I asked, the driver waited until my car started before he left.

Easy reservations and parking

It was simple to find and get into the parking lot. Finding a spot was good but I did not understand why the very end spot was blocked off by cones. I was told it was for room for vehicles to turn. When we got back from vacation there was a car parked there. Pickup by the van was quick and easy. Both drivers to and from the airport were great. Checkout was easy and it was nice there were bottles of water at the checkout.

Easy in and out!

I appreciate the convenience of Parking Spot West convenience to ABIA. The staff are upbeat and helpful providing good customer service.

Great facility and service. We will definitely use it again.

CONVENIENT LOCATION,SAFE ,SECURE AND RESONABLY PRICED.

fast and easy

I like the fact the parking spot is less than a mile from the airport and wasn't too hard to find. Apparently, they do have covered parking, but I didnt see that as an option when I reserved a spot, which I find disappointing.

Still my favorite! Buses are fast, drivers helpful.

Easy in and out. Frequent pickups at arrivals. Better than competitors

The service was great and the staff and drivers were polite. I felt safe and didn't worry about my vehicle at all.

The driver was prompt, courteous and quickly backed up after I told him I left my phone in my car. I was picked up at the airport immediately--no wait! I got a cold bottle of water to drink on the way home after I left, courtesy of the Parking Spot--perfect!

I love the car wash and bottle of water on the way out. They make me feel special.

Safe, secure, reliable, easy to use app. Friendly staff and drivers. Great rewards program, too! I love that we have been using your parking lot for years and the same drivers are still there. I always tip them because they are awesome! Traveling can be stressful, but I always look forward to riding to/from D.I.A. with The Parking Spot South! I refuse to park anywhere else!
