Service app was very easy to use. We parked and the shuttle was right there. When returning , we did not have to wait long for the shuttle pickup back to our car. Also, the drivers were very friendly. The only issue we had was getting the scanner to read the QR code. Luckily the attendant was there and able to help us.

We accident left a bag on the shuttle and the sweet young man called and texted us right away to let us know right away. Other wise we would have driven all the way home (almost an hour) and found out the hard way
On a previous trip in April--unknown to me,my phone slipped off my carry-on in the ParkingSpot shuttle. When I got to my gate--no phone! I used my husband's phone to call the number on the ParkingSpot vehicle locator slip and they were right on it. I had remembered the section we had parked in--that also helped. I received a phone call within minutes and the phone was found--wedged between the seat cushion and the metal siding of the seat! No sound of dropping on the floor to help us realize the problem! The driver found it quickly; I returned to the drop-off spot and he had my phone!!! He and the office staff were the savior to my vacation--thank you so much for your fast assistance.
