Guest Testimonials

Punctual pickup, friendly, helpful drivers and close to the airport.

The service at the Cleveland location is always outstanding. The drivers are friendly and efficient and the operation is well organized. The person in the booth when I arrived saw us coming in, so she yelled over to me with a certain row to park in, and within a minute, the bus showed up. Can’t ask for much more. The water and car wash on the way out are a nice touch. I’ve always been satisfied parking here and have no complaints.

Fast, efficient, and convenient.

Always friendly and normally prompt except for this last pick up from airport took close to 35 mins for a shuttle to arrive after 2 phone calls. Then sent 1 shuttle and crammed everyone in because everyone was tired of waiting. Was disappointed with that.
